DESCRIPTION

JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 is a sterile pyrogen-free physiological solution of cross-linked hyaluronic acid which is not of animal origin.
Biodegradable, viscoelastic, clear, colorless, homogenized gel implant. JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 consists of crosslinked hyaluronic acid (HA) produced by Streptococcus equi bacteria, formulated to a concentration of 24 mg/mL and 0.3% lidocaine in a physiologic buffer. TECHNOLOGY HYLACROSS.  A formulation cohesive, flexible, unique, for a controlled injection and precise, to a homogeneous distribution in the dermis.
JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 is used to smooth wrinkles located between the nose and the corners of the mouth, and around the lips.

PACKAGING of JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 

• Conditionnement : 2 x 1ml. The gel is presented in a graduated, pre-filled, disposable syringe.
• One syringe contains 1.0 mL of JUVEDERM ULTRA 4.
• Needles : 4 x 27 G1/2 (CE 0123).
• Each box contains two 1 mL JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 syringes, 4 single use 27G1/2" sterile needles to be used only for injecting JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 an instruction leaflet and a set of labels in order to ensure traceability. 

COMPOSITION of JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid 24mg/ ml + 0.3 % Chlorhydrate lidocaine.

• Hyaluronic Acid gel 24mg.
• Volumizing Capacity 4/5.
• Lidocain hydrochloride 3 mg.
• Phosphate buffer pH 7.2 q.s.
• The presence of lidocaine is meant to reduce the patient’s pain during treatment.

INDICATION

• JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 is an injectable implant used for filling any deep depressions of the skin via deep dermis injection, as well as for lip enhancement and cheekbone augmentation.
• Increase in the volume of the lips and cheekbones.
• Treats skin depressions. Increase the volume.
• JUVEDERM ULTRA 4 is used to smooth wrinkles between the nose and the corners of the lips, as well as around the lips.
• It can be used very subtly to plump the lips and keep a smile full of youth and keep a youthful smile.
