Propylene glycol, sodium polyacrylate, color, water.

TIPS FOR USE

• Cold therapy: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours (4 hours for optimal use).
• Heat therapy: Microwave for the time and temperature indicated. Mix the pearls well and test the temperature of the bag before use. Heat for an additional 5 seconds if necessary until desired temperature is reached.

Application should not exceed 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before any new application. If necessary, reapply for 20 minutes. Recommended heating time in the microwave can be found in the instructions. It is also possible to heat the bag in water with a saucepan, see the instructions for instructions. Always check the temperature of the bag before application. Prolonged application could cause injury, including burns.
