It is a medical act and in no way domestic.


- We ship most countries of the world. When you create an address, the list should show your country, confirming that the delivery of our products is possible in your country.

- We have no right to send cosmetics of the following brands outside the European Economic Area :

Avène, Aderma, Ducray, Galénic, Elancyl, Klorane, René Furterer, Vichy, La Roche Posay, Skinceuticals, Sanoflore, Roger Gallet, Biotherm.

- Warning : The buyer must know which products can be imported under the laws of his country.
If the package is blocked and then sent back by his country's customs to us, the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs.

- We can not deliver products in Belgium due to a notification from the Belgian agency AFMPS.

Delivery of your package :
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form.Delivery times are given only as an indication; if these are exceeding thirty days from the date of the order, the contract of sale be terminated and the buyer refunded.
The parcel (s) shall be addressed to the buyer by La Poste whose characteristics are the following :
The buyer or recipient of the product is delivered home by the postman. In absence, the factor leaves a notice of passage which will allow the withdrawal of the order to the nearest post office for a period of fifteen days or refuse the goods by signing immediately upon withdrawal one anomaly report with the Post's representative.
Damaged Products :
If one or more items are delivered broken, it is possible to open a postal inquiry.

Retraction and Returns

We apply the rates of Colissimo France and International 2017. Do not forget to allow 48 hours for the pharmacy to prepare your package which will then be shipped. "5 - Deliveries

 
The products acquired by the Buyer will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days to the address indicated by the Purchaser when ordering on the
website.
This delay can be not respected if the postal services, the customs or the laboratories fail to ensure smooth and fast delivery, to which we can do nothing.

Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more
products, the ordered products will be delivered in one time. Deliveries are provided in France by Colissimo followed, outside France by Colissimo International (that becomes EMS in China for example).

We specify that prior order, the buyer must allow at least 48 hours (days), , so that the pharmacy prepares his parcel before routing celui- this.

Composition of the parcels is expected to take 48 hours minimum indicative time before shipping, more if a product is exceptionally not in stock at the Pharmacy.
If a product is missing, the customer can choose to wait or to be delivered with the products in stock, and to receive later the missing product.

The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer within the above deadlines specified. However, such time limits shall be communicated as
and any overrun shall not give rise to no damages, retention or cancellation of the order

previously agreed in writing by the Purchaser.

The Purchaser is obliged to check the condition of the products delivered. It

7 - Right of withdrawal
