- DERMICA PPC plays an active role in cell transportation and the formation of their structure. It forms part of cell membranes in both animals and plants and is one of the components of fatty suspensions such as milk.
- DERMICA PPC supplies choline, which is necessary to preserve the integrity of the cell membrane and to facilitate the movement of fat out of and inside the cell.
- DERMICA PPC has a mobilising lipotropic action as it increases the fluidity or permeability of the adipocyte membrane, favouring the removal of the fat component.
- The fact that it favours permeability is related to fatty acid saturation (as saturation increases, permeability decreases); as such, a polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine is used.
USE
Phosphatidylcholine is an excellent fat burner that can be used as an aid in slimming treatments.
Indications for the cosmetic use of phosphatidylcholine are restricted to small localised fat deposits in patients who are the ideal weight or slightly overweight.
It is worth highlighting that treatment with phosphatidylcholine in isolation does not reduce weight, it only assists with body contouring.
