Microneedling Therapy with The Line Whitening Solution. EX DERMICA WHITELAN.

INDICATION

The Line Whitening Solution is indicated for spotted or hyperpigmented skin. It contains a combined formula of kojic, salicylic and glycyrrhic acids that help to lighten the skin tone, improving its uniformity and providing luminosity. Not suitable for very dark skin (Fitzpatrick V and VI). The Line Whitening Solution treats hematic pigmentation and melasma. It reduces seborrhea and gives excellent results for skin aging processes.

RESULTS

It has shown excellent results in skin prototypes II through IV, with highly satisfactory results in the treatment of melasma, chloasma, lentigines, skin aging (chronological and hormonal photo aging) acne, seborrheic dermatitis, folliculitis, purpura, petechiae, ecchymosis, dermatitis, pigmented purpura caused by venous insufficiency, and phle-bitis, among others.

PROTOCOL

Microneedling Therapy. The Line Whitening Solution is indicated for spotted or hyperpigmented skin. It contains a combined formula of kojic, salicylic and glycyrrhic acids that help to lighten the skin tone, improving its uniformity and providing luminosity.Not suitable for very dark skin (Fitzpatrick V and VI). The Line Whitening Solution treats hematic pigmentation and melasma. It reduces seborrhea and gives excellent results for skin aging processes.

It is advisable to begin the treatment by applying a peeling gel at least one week before the first session with Revital-zon and Goldpen to enhance results. Your skin will be cleaner and more ready to react to the actives in the applied solution, and at the same time, your skin will have already been induced to create new collagen and elastin.

Step 1: If necessary, apply a desensitizing cream on the area to be treated to prevent discomfort for the patient during the procedure. Allow it to act for half an hour.

Step 2: Remove the desensitizing cream and clean the skin with a soft tissue.

Step 3: Apply a disinfectant solution on the area to be treated.

Step 4: The patient should remain laying down to facilitate comfort throughout the process.

Step 5: Open one ampoule of The Line Whitening Solution and load its contents into a syringe using a discharge needle (e.g. 18G).

Step 6: Adjust the needle for desired depth (forehead: 0.5mm, cheek: 1.00mm to 1.5mm, eye contours: less than 0.5mm, around lips: 1.00mm, body skin: 1.5-2.00mm)

Step 7: Apply a few drops of The Line Whitening Solution on the area to be treated. Do not apply the product on the entire surface to prevent spillage while turning the patient’s head during the procedure. It is better to apply a few drops as you advance with the Goldpen.

Step 8: Pull slightly to maintain the surface of the skin flat and apply Goldpen in the area by drawing small circles or lines on the skin. Continue for a few minutes, but remember, it is not necessary to provoke a strong erithema to achieve good results. Goldpen micro-needles work at 120 cycles per second, so it might occur that redness appears slowler than you proceed with the treatment. If after the treatment there are areas where skin stays white, without redness, you may need to repeat the treatment in this area.

Step 9: Repeat, or apply more product in areas with darker stains, moles, chloasma, melasma or lentigines. For a general whitening, one application will be sufficient. A second application will be needed in areas that are more problematic.

Step 10: Micro-bleeding may occur in treated areas. This is absolutely normal.

Step 11: Once you complete the procedure with Whitelan Ampoules, apply a calming cream (Comfort Cream) or a calming mask (Hydra Gel Mask). The application can be repeated weekly or fortnightly, according to the Doctor’s indications, or until melasma disappears. We recommend a minimum of 4-6 sessions depending on the skin type and the severity of the problem. If necessary, peeling may be repeated in areas with residual stains after a minimum of 30 days from the first session.
