DESCRIPTION

AQUALYX MARLLOR BIOMEDICAL, developed for the non-surgical reduction of localized fat under the skin, is an injectable, gel-based aqueous solution that dissolves fat and is biocompatible and biodegradable. AQUALYX MARRLOR BIOMEDICAL is an aqueous solution on a microgelatinous base formulated with the aim of modulating and facilitating the action of external ultrasound for the microcavitation of adipose tissue in the medical treatment of lipohypertrophy and subcutaneous lipohyperplasia and (Buffalo hump) in HIV-positive subjects, to be used in combination with the Sonolyx medical ultrasound generator. AQUALYX is completely biodegradable and biocompatible, using a slow-release sugar-based system to dissolve cellulite at the injection site before passing through the lymphatic and excretory system.

USE

Before the injection, careful debridement and complete disinfection of the implant site should be carried out. Although AQUALYX is easily tolerable, it should not be injected in a quantity greater than 40ml per session and 25ml per anatomical area to be treated. Do not infiltrate AQUALYX by any mesotherapeutic method or by injective modalities other than intralipotherapy. An addition of 0.2 ml of lidocaine 2% (without adrenaline or other vasoconstrictors) is admitted to each bottle of Aqualyx. 1 session every 15 days based on clinical data. Injections are usually repeated every 3-4 weeks and usually 2 injections at each location during each treatment.

AQUALYX MARRLOR BIOMEDICAL is recommended for: Removing stubborn fat when exercise and diet cannot eliminate cellulite and fatty deposits and for treating pseudo-gynecomastia in men. AQUALYX can be administered to many areas all over the body, e.g. double chin, prejowl sulcus, arms, arms, waist, hips, saddlebags, knees, hobbles, increased fat deposits located on the buttocks, chest and thighs.

CONTRAINDICATION

Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use AQUALYX for the safety of their growing baby. Additionally, persons with liposdystrophy, pathological conditions, or under the age of 18 and over 60, should not use this product.

TIPS

Do not apply cosmetics to the treated area within 12 hours and avoid direct sources of heat and radiation (sunlight, UV rays, sauna, etc.).

INJECTION

Using thin, flexible cannulas, AQUALYX is injected directly into the subcutaneous fatty tissue. The treatment is virtually painless, as the fatty tissue is almost free of tenderness and AQUALYX contains an additional local anesthetic. Immediately after the injection, the affected area may redden and swell slightly. As with any treatment with a hypodermic needle, a minor hematoma may develop.

INGREDIENTS

The ingredients are a polymer based on 3, 6-anhydro-L-galactose and D-galactose (0.5%), buffer systems (4.2%), sodium salt of (3.5 , 12) - 3, 12-dihydroxy-5-. cholan-24 acid (7.5%), water for injection purposes (87%) and sodium chloride (0.8%). AQUALYX's buffer system ensures that 12-alpha-dihydroxy-5beta-24oico cholanic acid sodium salt is delivered to the target area.
